We want you to love your Ocean Motion Wear pieces. Because many of our items are made just for you, our return policy is designed to balance sustainability with a great customer experience.
Swimwear & Dive Apparel
These items are created specifically for your order, so we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference.
We do offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible:

Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll send out your new size. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Headbands & Select Accessories
These items are produced in advance and ship quickly. We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
European Union & United Kingdom Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at oceanmotionwear@gmail.com with your order number and details. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
