Shipping Options
Some lower-cost shipping options may not include tracking. If an untracked option is selected, delivery cannot be guaranteed and we are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend choosing a tracked shipping method for peace of mind.
Separate Shipments
To support efficient and sustainable fulfillment, items may ship separately. If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order pieces, they may arrive in different packages.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided for all tracked shipments once your order has shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. Changes cannot be guaranteed once your order is in production.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
